AB reader Patrick noticed something suspicious-looking flash by while watching the trailer for Michael Jackson’s “This Is It”. To get a better look, he went back and stepped through the video frame-by-frame, and here’s what he found. Is it a boner? We’ll let you be the judge.
This clip is taken from the British show “The X Factor”. The contestant Steve apparently gets a boner when he’s nervous, and singing on national television seems to make him VERY nervous. No caption can do this clip justice, so please just go ahead and watch.

He’s already brought sexy back, so is this his way of bringing awkward back?

In case you didn’t know the difference between soft rock and hard rock, this photo of Led Zeppelin from 1975 should set you straight.

Is that “Brass in Pocket”, or are you just happy to see me? At least now people won’t make fun of him for his poor singing.

The Team Boner effect is a well-known phenomenon, but it doesn’t just happen in sports. Whenever a group of men get together, they are in danger of contracting Team Boner, as can be seen in this album cover by the Argentine rock band Bersuit Vergarabat.
