Many of the boners on this site cannot be explained, but the weirdest phenomenon may be that of the “beach ball”. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a spherical boner, and it probably won’t be the last. If any of you boner detectives have any theories, please share in the comments.

When you get an awkward boner, it’s usually others that point and stare. But this guy is taking care of it by himself.

It may not be a full hard-on, but even it were, it couldn’t possibly make this photo any more awkward. This is perhaps the most unfortunate sleeping position I’ve ever seen, and according to the submitter, he stayed like that all afternoon.

We have mixed feelings about the beach chair. While they’re much more comfortable than lying on a towel, you don’t have the option of rolling onto your stomach to hide awkward boners.
