There is no pommel on the saddle, that’s an english saddle.

I ride dressage, what steffen is doing in the picture, and I’ve gotta say, that’s probably not a boner. Breeches, the pants he’s wearing are made of thick material, are high waisted, and have zippers, and since they need to have enough fabric for you to be comfortable walking and riding alot of the time it looks like a boner, even on women, like me…awkward, but understandable by other riders

it’s one thing to have an awkward boner on the beach and get caught by some schmoe’s camera. It’s another thing entirely to have an awkward boner and get caught on camera for a magazine cover. Amazing they didn’t at least attempt to photoshop out that boner.

Well duh it creates a bulge but you can clearly see that the fabric is pulled tight around it and it’s rounded.

FAKE. Besides the cheesy layout, the tip-off is that there is absolutely no evidence of a *print* magazine for equestrians called Ride! on the internet.

I also ride dressage, and i admit, sometimes i also get a boner while riding my horse.

There was also a Stiffen Peters boner cover of a Dover Saddlery catalogue, I believe. Either that or it was a Dressage Today issue from late last year or earlier this year.
