Its a fake. Its not really a boner. Kerry got it right. Look closly and you can see where the pants become something different (hat, hair, etc)

It is hard to tell (no pun intended). One thing I did notice is that the guy on the far left with the white shirt has his pants hanging really low showing his ass.
