This is a well-known photo trick called the Eiffel Tower. Two guys stand on either side of a girl who is bending over, link hands, and form a grouping that looks in some ways like the Eiffel Tower. They both have awkward boners! The belt boner is, I feel the most underrepresented of the awkward boners. It knows no gender boundaries, and can happen without you even feeling it.
I would like to point out that MOST “Eiffel Towers” do involve one (or both) of the guys having a boner. The guy on the left has obviously heard of the infamous “Eiffel Tower” position, hence the boner.
